    Received actual mail piece titled Notice of Warrant and State Tax Lien Action from Richard Herts Office of Lien Filings County of Sacramento Office of Levys (spelling on document) and Liens with request to call 866-804-3057. Called the number out of curiosity and received a message that the office was closed due to government shut down.  More proof that this is a scam. Federal Government was shut down not County of Sacramento CA.  Out side return address on mailed notification  states Bureau of Tax Enforcement  Folsom, CA with a presorted first class US Postage Paid Paramount CA permit 56
