I should have been a little smarter about this, but when they called I answered and of course there was no one there.  I looked up the number, and seeing some results on here, I decided to call back.  It was indeed a collection agency calling for a local hospital.  I should have asked what company THEY were calling from, not what company they were calling for.  If they ever call again, this will be my tactic.  Being so vague and not revealing who you are and who you work for should be a crime in collections.

I've received a phone call from this collection agency six days ago and informed them that the mobile number had been reassigned and that I'm not the person they were trying to reach. Today when I received yet another call with the same reference number I asked to talk to a supervisor. Anthony McCain informed me that they handle multiple accounts and that the number was probably associated with a different account. (This doesn't hold water if the reference number was the same.)

He said he'd take care of removing the number from all the accounts they support.

I informed him that if I receive another call from their agency I would be reporting their calls as "harassment".

Very annoying and bothersome calls from 866-804-4298. I've heard they're from a hospital group. I owe no one and wish I knew who they were so I could sue them.

Horrible.....unwanted calling.....no message and cannot return their calls, no one in....absolutely ridiculous...blocking.

I always say if or when you call a number leave your name and the time that you called.  As everyone says they call and leave no msg .  If it is a business then be professional.
