What is the name of the company?  Just curious as I received a fax last week and was interested, but it did not have a company name.

I got a fax from these people today. The fine print said that it was "sent as a response to a request for information", and that it was "not solicitation". It most certainly WAS solicitation, and when I called them about their false claims, they got VERY rude with me and hung up on me.  The only thing they would say was: "What is your fax number, I'll take it off the list" over and over.  Subsequent efforts to call them on that phone line were unsuccessful, as if the number was blocked or something.

All in all, I got through to them 4 times, and each time they hung up on me and refused to answer my questions about their solicitous fax.  

Today was not the day to tick me off.  I guess I wanted to irritate them as much as they irritated me.  By the last time I called, they were like: "LOOK lady, if you don't like it, QUIT CALLING!"

How professional!  I just wanted to know what kind of company they are, and they answered my question in a roundabout way.

Received an unsolicited fax from this number about a health care plan. Would love to know how to stop junk faxes.

I have received faxes weekly from this company.

I have requested to be removed from their list, also weekly.

Today, I called asking to speak to a supervisor. the associate said "no". I asked her name "Sam". I asked for last name "Sam" . Again, I asked for a supervisor "why? no"

I will call again next week when I continue to receive their solicitation.

I called over to the company and was sent over an outline of benefits via fax. Looks good. I went over the fine print and I am satisfied. I spoke to casey

the same company (ENROLLMENT CENTER) answers this phone as they have on 877-800-1579, 877-800-1581, 866-800-4415, 866-800-8303, 866-318-6289 and 800-380-9371.  The same female voice answers.  They are "offering" medical insurance supposedly.  And they are sending their faxes stating that it is in response to a previous request (not true).  They offer an opt out number to call and a www.stop-faxing-me.com to have your fax number removed, but none work.  And no supervisor is available to complain to after 4 pm.  The toll free number that they list to call back, changes every few weeks.

It sounds like the same woman each time I have been callig over the last few wks to get my fax number removed.  They answer ENROLLMENT CENTER.  When I ask for a supervisor, they all leave by 4.  When I ask where they are located, she hangs up.  When I ask who the underwriter is, she hangs up.A very unprofessional and rude woman.  Keep fowarding your unsolicited faxes like I am doing to the FCC.  Perhaps some day they will be stopped.  I keep hoping for that even after over a yr now.

I have been receiving these solicitation faxes for quite some time. I have opted out several times, only for them to continue sending solicitations. I contacted the FCC and placed a complaint against the company. Apparently they have been receiving a lot of calls for this company. Do not buy Insurance from them, it is a scam.

We have our own Benefits Dept.

When I called this number, it said, "you do not have any credit, goodbye!"

And "bibby" you must work for them because this is a scam outfit!

I am a health insurance broker and a client told me they got their fax offering plans at $79 per month.  Right there it tells you this is NOT quality plans being offered.  NEVER buy health insurance without the assistance of an agent/broker.  The product is much too complicated and it does not cost you anything to use a broker's services.  Look in the Yellow Pages for the names of local agents/brokers.

Remember: GOOD HEALTH INSURANCE IS NOT CHEAP AND CHEAP INSURANCE IS NOT GOOD!

Keeps calling me about debt collection. I will not send money unless I'm sent an invoice.
