Debt scam. Left messasge threatening legal action.  Returned call; caller who left message unknown to person who answered; gave him case number left on my VM; he threatened legal action over nonexistent debt, claiming to be legal firm, going to sue, had name of a company once did business with but which merged and closed accounts, had personal info, was very rude.  Checking out this name found multiple complaints and they are a collection agency.

I just had call from this number threatening court case and were very rude and hung up on me ! Would not answer my  questions about them!

Aubrey Campbell from Dalton & Associates left a voicemail for my ex-husband (haven't seen or spoken to him in almost 5 years!) on my phone yesterday. I knew it was a scam but I don't want these people continuously calling me for him. If I had his number I would have gladly given it! But instead they got the mean side of me. I let her know in no uncertain terms that if I ever get another call from them that they would be hearing from a real attorney, mine. Lets see if it works :)

Left VM message threatening legal action against Dale Cook. I have no idea who that is.

Received call from "Caller Unknown" who wanted to verify my name.  Then said I was involved in a legal settlement from Livingston Parish in LA. stated I had never lived in that area. "Well you might want to know if you are or if someone is using your personal information for some kind of scam.  You need to call them an clarify if you are involved or if someone is using your personal information. I would want to find out if someone was using my personal information. If you do call them tell them you were referred by >unclear< legal associates."  I did not call that number, but entered it into internet which brought me to this place. My initial reaction was that this is some kind of scam...The caller also referred me to Dalton Associates.
