Got several calls today saying to contact the firm because there's a claim filed against me..pretty sure it is a scam..wish these people would dropp ff the face of the earth.

I've received a call from a Derek Davis calling from 973-512-2401 telling me to call 866-812-3328 and reference  a claim number stating they have a claim against me. He also called my boss to tell them that. I then called the anency as they claimed and  I was told the the only was they can accept payment is if I gave them my credit card number or go to Walmart and purchase a prepaid card. I then ask how would I get comfirmation for the payment since your company is paperless. They said they will notify the company I owed. I Spoke with a Taylor and a Christina.

yesterday I got a phone call and the guys name was Ryan Johnson to remind me of my payment the number was 866-812-3328. Today I get a phone call saying they needed my payment with in 2 or 3 hours if they didn't get it good luck . the phone number they gave me to call back was 855-680-2883 the guys name as Ryan,

This makes twice today that I get this phone call from Ryan demanding money when he called it came up unknown on my phone but gave me the number 855-680-2883 to call back or would be receiving documounts for a claim againt me, the for both of these calls today was oct 16 2013.
