I rec'd a couple of calls from this number. I called the number back, but there was a busy signal. No voicemail messages were ever left.

Yea i have got this call 5 times and i dont know who it is

Caller dialed my cell.  No ID, No message left.  Suspect it might be tele-fraudster attempting to phish.

this number started calling me out of the blue. I don't pick up cause it has no identity

It is boost mobil doing a survey on the service I received from them when I called

Just spoke to a Boost rep. She said to her knowledge survey follow up calls aren't made, but since I posted that people were getting them and weren't boost customers and there IS the possibility that it's a phisher impersonating Boost, she is going to pass my concerns on to her supervisor.

She said they may or may not call me, so don't hesitate to call 1 888 266 7848 and let Boost know your concerns.

Just a couple of thoughts for everyone:  1st, sometimes bad people will post here with a reasonable explination of who called you; 2nd, if the caller IS reputable, they WILL leave a message.  Remember that you are responsible for keeping your personal info safe.  If this number really is a survey then they should not be asking you for a PIN #, a C.C. # or even your name.  Safety first people!

Just a couple of thoughts: 1st; if the caller is reputable, they will leave a message.  2nd, those of us who receive calls are not the only people who post about these calls.  Sometimes the bad guys post here too saying that this company or that company owns the number and that all is good.

I've read posts on a couple of sites about this number and some of them say that the caller is doing a survey for Boost but needs a PIN #, a C.C. #, a name and an address.  Just think, if this were really a survey then they would NOT need any personal info.  Other posts say that they were directed to call another phone number then asked for the same personal info.  Yet other posts say that callers from this 866-812-4743 number say that "there is a problem with with your service or bill" and then they ask for personal info.

It really looks to me like the people from this 866 number are phishing.  Remember people "Safety First!"

if this was a legit call from boost, wouldnt they leave a message? the last call I got from boost service they did leave a voice msg. this sounds a bit phishy if you ask me.

I get a call from this  number every time I call Boost Customer service, usually a day or two later. One time I did pick up and it was some kind of survey about how my issue was handled. Don't think they asked me for my pin # tho. Other times I just didn't pick up. Odd that they would call to survey, as far as I'm concerned Boost's customer service went from bad to abysmal anyway.

This is a scam for sure. I called the number back and a recording said we have exciting news for you and in a few days one of our agents will call you back. Then the rest of the msg was ENTIRELY in french
