    CVS Medical Pharmacy.... trying to get your pharmactical perscriptions.  Was a prerecorded voice in the beginning and wanted to know my date of birth to insure they contacted the right person.  

    I hung up at that point then called the number back, the CVS pharmacy are doing cold calls for new business.  The only way they could have gotten this phone number would have been by filling out the CVS forms for their CVS discount cards.
