Called and left a message for a Tyrell.  saying that they are moving forward with so legal issues.  That's not me and I dont know a Tyrell.

Keep calling saying sending sheriff to pick me up! Sick of this my life's hard enough!

This company Atlantic Letigation (866)814-5898 keeps harassing my husband and I regarding about our debt,but they don't even want to give me a Proff of debt and they refuse to give it to me. What do I do are they a scam or are they legit can someone please help me with this?

They are legally obligated to send you a dunning letter that contains this:

Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) postmarked within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt.  It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes.  The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

If they fail to do that or give some sort of excuse, then you know they are crooks trying to extort money from you.

Location service  came to my job and left this information . It almost got me fired .... I called the number and I was able to file a complaint ... this is a SCAM!
