As stated by Gizmofiddler. Frustrating because my phone caller ID listed as "United States".   Not only am I subjected to all those robo-calls, my phone seems to be a mis-information device. Was automated call system informing me of pickup day. Initial unanswered call left voicemail informing me of expected call.
