Fraudster scammer pretending to serve legal papers.... screw 'em !

called about some sort of lawsuit and wants address to send legal papers ... i just ignored it but wanted to find out what it was about so went online

Called my cell, left message about legal documents. I blocked the number but I still get voicemail messages! I called the number back and was put on hold, so I hung up!

This number keeps leaving messages saying that they have sent undeliverable mail and if I don't want any further action on a lawsuit to give them a call but no one ever answers the phone so I just keep leaving messages to them saying stop calling me.

they keep calling my home nut they have paperwork  for legal action.  The first person who called a few weeks ago said his name was Brock  and need to cal  back immediately.  now it started again and he said his name is jared clemens calling saying the same thing..  i refuse to cal the number back or answer the phone as they dont  even acknowledge     who they are trying to get in touch  with.

Scam trying to scare people into thinking there is some legal issue they need to address.
Caller ID said 833-781-5460 but caller requested to be called back at 866-823-3884.

Just got the same kind of call everyone else is getting about undeliverable documents and to call this number to avoid legal action.  Robocall said its name was Gerald Clemons.  Caller ID said it was Toll Free.  Got to be a scammer maybe related to Donald Trump and his gang.

Message from this number from Jared Clemmons. I called was on hold talked to someone looking for a Crystal. I said not me. She said she would remove my number but then I got another call 2 hours later.

Got a call from Jared Clemens saying because legal papers were undeliverable I needed to call back to make arrangements. It's supposedly regarding a lawsuit. It's a scam. Not wasting my time with this. This should be illegal.

Same call from 833-781-8158, I called back and talked to a very legit sounding lady saying they needed to talk to my husband because there is a civil suit against him, and he needs to call 866-823-3884, I said how could that be? We have never had any late bills or payments and current on everything, she said she couldn't discuss the details and asked who called me, I said it was a guy named Jarod Clemmens....after reading all the comments, it seems this guy gets around!! I told my husband and filled him in all the details, he will handle this once and for all. After reading in other forums, I came across the detail that if someone is going to be served lawsuit papers they don't call you ahead of time, you just get served whether it is at your work or residence, no prior notice is given.......Seriously how can these scammers sleep at night? Hate crooks!!!!
