calling my cell, not leaving voicemails and stealing money from my checking accout

I just noticed a charge on my checking acct from this number too!  Who are they???

Discovered who they are -- GRANT FUNDING SEARCH.  They offer a grant research CD for $1.95, and a membership in their Financial Services division for about $69/mo which they will bill every month until you cancel your "membership" by calling them at this number.  Sometimes you have to call several times ... This is a SCAM!  DO NOT USE!

I didn't order anything, nor did I get a call, but I received a $40 US charge on my CC bill ... and I am in Canada!  It was charged in March as  866-823-9498TARGET DEB LAS VEGAS NV AMT 40.00 UNITED STATES DOLLAR" on my cc and then again in April as "WTE*CREDIT GUARD DOG 877-2560458 UT AMT 40.00 UNITED STATES DOLLAR" on my cc. I called the numbers and there is a recording that they are Ideal Wealth Builders???  No idea who these guys are, nor have I ever ordered anything from them.

I have also got charges on my credit card from this number the first one was listed as TARGET DEB LASVEGAS NV with a $40 charge and the second one was also for $40 but listed as IBUILDWEALTH.

I just looked at my statement and discovered a $40 charge from Las Vegas with the same number as everyone else. Lovely. Have never been to Vegas.

My bank made me call the number, so I did. They wanted my phone number or my credit card number, OR to mail them my actual bank statement. Ridiculous. They claimed it was a company called "Membership Care". The three options on the phone call were 1) For my free cash review 2) about my "order" and 3) Customer Support. I selected #3. she said she was in Utah. I gave her my name and phone number and she said I wasn't in their accounts....big surprise. I fought giving my phone number away. I'll probably have to change that too after canceling my debit card. Grrrrr......

I live in Canada and sometime in January my cc was charged 40.00 USD and read as follows 866 823-9498 TARGET DEB Las Vegas, NV   been tr;ying to call to cancel but getting recording, will have to cancel most likely my credit card.... grrrr...
