- Anaive been getting the same phone calls for the last 3 weeks. and when i go to leave a message to see what they want ... it says its not valid when i hit 1 like told to do... i have no idea what its about other than TD Canada trust non Urgent call. but its getting on my nerves. they never leave messages and we always get disconnected when i do pick up

- MD| 1 replyIt's TD Canada Trust - I asked the caller what it was regarding, and she said they were calling to see if I was satisfied with account services and did I have a few minutes? I promptly asked to be removed from the phone list. We'll see if it works. Their calls have become a twice-a-day interruption.

- Amy| 2 repliesI got a call from this number. the id showed on my phone said it's TD Bank, and the guy told me he wanted to a quick review of my account. He told me that the call is monitored and for security reason I have to reveal my personal info, such as my name, address, ect. I suspected it's scam, has nothing to do with TD Bank. Somebody just wanted my personal data, including my bank account.
Be really careful! - Rob replies to AmyYou certainly were smart not to give him anything. One, you tell him you'll be recording as well, and then when we starts asking for personal info, ask him how come, if he's "reviewing" your account, he doesn't have all this info in front of him. Then you blow an air horn in his ear. Then you chuckle and hang up. Good deed done, because there are some people out there who aren't as smart as you, and will give this info up.

- Getting Upset| 1 replyI went into TD Bank and asked them to please stop calling my cell phone. I don't answer it anyway. They took my number and put it into their system as a "do not call" but said it might not work. I continue to receive calls daily from this number.

- knitterI have been receiving a call routinely from this number every weekday at about 4:00 p.m. I have no idea who this is but I do wish they would stop it.

- LynnI am also receiving this call at least two or three times a week, and when I answer we become disconnected. I hope it is a problem with TD's phone system and not someone fishing for account information. The calls do seem to come when I have used the instabank at TD or have gotten in line for any service there. Their system may be automatically generating sales calls and surveys. I am going to start to monitor it and also talk to branch.

- SueI keep getting calls from this number. When I have answered there is no one there, very irritating. I now just let it go to voicemail and have never received a message. If this is from TD Bank I will probably move my account just to get rid of these calls.

Here's my solution. If you have an auto dialer making calls, you must have a live person answer all incoming calls. It should be law.
