THIS PHONE# is OK.This is medco phamacy mail order.

I called Medco to verify this number 866-828-1166.  It is NOT from Medco and they advised me to not answer any questions this number was asking and to file a police report.

I just called Medco and that number is Medco.

This is Medco. My husband has his perscriptions filled there. They come in the mail and Blue Cross pays them. It is MEDCO.

This company REPEATEDLY calls my cell phone!  I REPEATEDLY call them and tell them that the person they are looking for is NOT at this number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  they so, 'OK, we'll update our records' and sure enough... a month later the calls start up again.  Legit or not... they really need to work on their 'records' system since my number somehow keeps showing up on their records for someone that I don't  know!  It's ridiculous!!!

I've been getting random calls from this , it turns out to be Medco? Or something. This is irritating because I have nothing to do with this.

Unfortunately, it's true...it is MedCo. After dealing with them on behalf of my mother, I sympathize with anyone else who has to! In their case, the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing! They are frustrating to deal with, even the doctors' offices don't like them....

MEDCO !!!!!! at least a couple of times per week I get a call from this ****** company. Interesting to know, they have actually multiple numbers they may call you from. By now, I know everything about charles McMaddan's personal medical records and which drugs he uses. Unfortunately I couldn't care less as I have no idea who this guy is. I spoke to a very nice MEDCO-lady, however she was apparently not capable to do her job, as I am still being harassed by this ***** company.

No were on their bottles does it have this 866 number but hell, let them. One ring ain't too bad, don't answer till the third  ring and it works every time

I get  a call from this number whenever they are about to send medication. It's automated and since I know what's coming I never answer.

The caller left a messaged asking, "Are you divorced?  Answer Yes or NO".

Picked up the phone by mistake as never pick up if I don't know who's calling. Was a recorded message about Medicare. I hung up and am reporting them to the useless Donotcall.

Medco has merged with Express Scripts, an online pharmacy.

I have asked them repeatedly to stop calling and twice they claim I would be on their do not call list within 72 hours. I just filed a complaint with the do not call bureau. I hope it has some effect!!

Yes this is Medco.
Yes my company offers me this benefit.
No I do not take advantage of it.
No they did not have my number on file.
Yet they called me.

I called back. Telephony repeated back a number that I didn't punch in. I had to tell it yes or no. (irritation)
When I got through, operator Audry wanted my number that I dialed. It wasn't passed to her and it took at least four minutes for her to be honest about it, if she was. (irritation)
Then she had the audacity to ask my name. What does she need that for? I gave it to her. Told her to put me on her no call list.
She said she would need my birthdate in order to pull up my profile. I refused to give her my Personal Identifiable Information (PII). She said she would need it. I asked why? She said the number I gave wasn't in their system. Aha! Then how could she have called me? She couldn't look me up any other way. (irritation)
Then she had the gall to tell me **I COULD GO TO THEIR WEBSITE IF I WANTED TO BE ON THE NO CALL LIST***
Really? *I* have to do something?  I don't think so.

I asked for a manager. Derrick came on the line.

After much (irritation) wrangling, he finally admitted THIS IS A MARKETING CALL to try to get me to use their services. he also admitted it was an egretious violation of my privacy that they got my number and tied it to my account without my authorization. They had my email address. (irritation). I'm sure they thought it clever they had figured out how to call me.

They have lost any potential for me to ever work with them. Clever is not appreciated.

Who is calling my number?? I never talk to them and never will;

Daily automated calls to refill prescriptions that we do not need. Spoke to a Supervisor that assured me we would be opted out of their outbound calls but one month later, here we go again.  This pharmacy sucks in all areas!!!

Keep getting this call from 866-828-1166 claiming they are MedCo (merged with Xpress Scirpt) about pharmecy order.  I called the number...."it's a NON Working number" -- which means they are a scam.  Have them stop calling!!!

Recorded message for somebody named Jesus Zabbada, or something like that.  Called the number and heard another recording and was given yet another number to call.
