- JetCalled today at 4:11pm. Left voicemail with no company name. Just a threat that if I didn't call them back before 6pm, they would take legal action regarding some "unsigned paperwork"?! I don't owe anyone anything, and calling their number back just leads to a company directory (again, no company name) where you must enter an extension and pass code to reach someone. No operator assistance. No idea what this is about, and can't reach anyone in person to ask.
- TeeThese clowns called me with the same stupid threat message, "If you don't call back we assume you do not want to take care of this legal matter. We will proceed accordingly". 1-866-834-1722 leads nowhere. It is a scam designed to capture your phone number and sell it to more scammers. I will try to report to the FTC.

- Christy| 1 replyThey called & left a similar voicemail but when I called back I did get a live person. He didn't give his company name but said I was being sued for credit card fraud and I was going to be served tomorrow if I didn't speak with them about a debt from 2009 for an HSBC credit card. I was like "excuse me"? Since when is having a credit card in collections considered fraud & he said not paying the debt is fraudulent. So I asked who was suing me & he said HSBC to which I replied "are you aware there's a statue of limitations of 3 years in my state, therefore HSBC has already written off the debt & have no legal right to sue me" At that point he got very nasty. He stated that apparently it wasn't past the statue because they were sueing me for fraud. Then he tried to call me a liar...The whole thing was a ridiculous scare tactic & they really should be sued for telling such lies. I do have old credit card debt & so far have been more than happy to work with collections agencies to settle it but NEVER in my life would I think any of them would stoop to this. I was disgusted!
