calls claiming legal matter filed complaints against me. Gives a claim # but cannot send me legal documents

I received a message from this number about a claim and impending litigation.  I returned the call and identified myself.  A fellow named Ted Davis call me a liar and said that he'd heard enough and was referring this to law enforcement despite my assurances that I wasn't who he was looking for.  Absurd!

I have been receiving a call everyday for the past three days from a man named Richard bront. He leaves messages saying he is schedules to drop offf a certified letter of intent. To my home address and or my place of employment. I can hear other people in the background....yeah for being an independent office man u sure can't have ur own office space? I will wait outside at 3pm good luck getting past my pitbull dog and my baseball bat. I know my rights and trespassers with feel my wrath!

I received 2 harassing calls from this person in the last 2 days. It comes in as "private caller" on caller ID and they said there was a certified letter with my name and social security number. They actually called back day 2 and left a message that they need me to call back to confirm my address. I called my local police who confirmed this is a SCAM and that is not the way papers are served. IGNORE THEM
