Called my work posing as a law firm

Got a call from 903-689-0312. Said I was in trouble did not elaborate. Would not tell who he worked for. Said I needed to call 866-834-0312 immediately.

Yesterday a keith rivers called my mother's house and left a voice mail saying they need my address and place of employment gave a case number and said i have officially been notified so i called them this morning and they told me i had a payday loan out for almost $800.00 and said i commented fraud yes i have a payday loan out for $150. They also said they needed my bank account or credit card info i told them i didnt have either because if they really was from check n go they would have that info then the man tells me he cant help me since i was already served. I have not been served nor have i received any papers from the loan company

Recieved a call at my place of employment, HR department to be exact,  from a Serna Hardin, said they have charges filed against me and documents sealed along with a claim number, this is the 2nd time they have called but the first time was about 3 weeks ago and the person's name was "Serena Harding". Said I needed to call 866-834-5136. This company has been in trouble with the Federal Trade Commission before about their practices

Was it called NationWide something?

I received a call from Mr. Steven Peters saying that I was in trouble and he was giving me one chance to contact the firm regarding this matter.  The message was left on my voice mail stating at the end that I had been served notice. Not only did he call me, but my ex as well who doesn't even have his cell under his name but his new wife's! The next day he called me again in a threatening tone and said he had verified my address and would serve me papers. I thought he said he served me the day before? The funny thing is I was never hiding.  They always had my address.
