Left voice mail stating if i did ot sign a summons I would miss a court date?

same thing regarding summons - called from 320-227-4141 told me to call 866-834-5971 or press 1 to speak with a rep.  When the rep got on I asked who are you calling for?!   He put me on hold and after a minute came back and said who is this?  I responded Who is this????  He hung up.  Scam call don't answer.

Yeah it’s scam call. Acting all high and mighty. But real deal I just got off just duty 2 weeks ago.

Received message from (512) 377-9114 cutting into the middle of the recorded message. Sounded like a real person, not a robot, talking about a summons and court appearance. Left this number to call back to speak directly to a rep. Sounds like a scam...

My mom and I received calls within seconds of each other from this scam.

Received a call from this number.  They claim they will be serving you papers in the next 24-48 hours, at your house or place of employment.  Says if you don’t get papers you will miss a court date.  They don’t say what company they are with, or who they are calling for.  Just tell you to call this number back or press 1.  Obviously a scam.  If you don’t tell me who you are with, or who you are calling for, I am not calling you back.  I have been scammed before, not happening again.

No, if you don't get those imaginary court papers the court will not set a date of any kind.  In real life once you are served in a civil suit you have 20 to 30 days to file an answer to that complaint.  Lots and lots of trees are killed after that filing motions, etc.  Eventually it may end up with a court date 6 months or more after service.  In the meantime you would have also filed a counter suit against them for FDCPA violations.
