U S Manifest Funding collect for leases

This number belongs to US Bancorp also doing business as Manifest Financial Services. It turns out that they are not licensed as a collection agency by the Minnesota Department of Commerce, 85 7th Place East, St. Paul, MN 55101, Attention Collections Dept. This is their Achilles Heal. Write a letter to the MN Dept. of Commerce with your complaint. They will investigate.

The ruse they used to get our ACH transfer info was that they had not received our payment while in fact they did the day before they contacted us. According to the Dept. of Commerce this is a violation of Minnesota Law.

I just off a call with a Judy from US Bank Equipment Finance who somehow called my personal cell phone, calling regarding my office's copy/printer account. Apparently we have a few unpaid invoices for the Sharp MX3070N copier from August and Sept that they are trying to collect, which is nonsense, because our copy/printer is set up directly with the Accounts Payable department of our parent company.

Said her name is Gayle (Gail) from U.S. Bank, and left extension number 1530082, with a contract number we're supposed to call back about. We don't bank with them.

Indicated an open invoice # 5000661998 needed attention
