Well it can also be a scam call as I do not live in that service area.  I do not answer calls even from supposedly legit companies as anyone can scam/spam their numbers.  If I want to do business with someone I will initiate the call.

Had several calls lately from this number.  Our service is paid up and I believe someone is scamming the phone number.  I do not answer these calls even if it is valid.  I do not live in that service area, and if I want to talk to them I will initiate the call myself.

I believe someone gave them my phone number from my craigslist ads.  Have had people do that several times and gave a good phone number to their bill collectors, etc.....It takes forever to get those people to stop calling you.  Even had to initiate attorney generals complaints to get them to stop harassing me.  Telling them you are not who they are looking fotr never works esp with debt collectors, etc...  So never give out your phone numbers people.  Protect that info.
