Called using just number. Like they think I will answer. No messages left. Block the number.

this is a number associated with Credit One Bank who calls morning til night at anywhere from every 15 minues to hourly.while i am not familiar with in-house collection laws i'm pretty sure that they are harassing with the many calls in one day or week for that matter.  in any case the number is theirs.
