they knew my name but was asking about a visa authorization...I own NO credit cards!

They knew my name and was asking about a visa.and had a account number closed. Did not speak english very well. BEWARE!

DO NOT TAKE CALLS FROM THIS PERSON AND IF THAN CALL TURN THEM IN ASAP.

REPORT THEM ASAP. TELL THEM TO GET A REAL JOB. AND PRAY FOR THEM. GOD BLESS YOU!!

PRAY FOR YOURSELF ASK GOD FOR HELP AND LEAVE POEPLE ALONE.

It appears to be an illegal telemarketer called Synergy. They are calling 1) outside of business hours 2) to calls on the do-not-call list 3) and on wireless phones, as well as using 4) dead-air hangups.

a male caller with accent,asking for some name,i hanged up on him,i think he is a fraud,,,,please investigate.

I receive calls from 866-844-8696 almost every day.  I do not pick up and no one ever leaves a message on my answering machine.  Suspicious!

Came through as Toll Free Call. I did answer but as soon as the man said my name I hung, realizing I should not have answered. Will not make that mistake again.

On Nov 24 11AM recieved call from 866-844-8696 selling gas program. I told them I was not interested. They knew the last 4 digits of one of my credit cards. Almost immediately after their call fradulent charges appeared on that card acording to that card's fraud prevention department. Her English was not good. Beware! !!!

Called my cell phone. I didn't answer, they left no message.
I called the number from my work phone and left the mute button on. Some foregin lady with indian accent answered. Said her name was Angela Anderson...yeah right.
How did they get my cell phone #?!?!??!
