calls several times a day, leaves no message, and gets disconnected when you pick it up.

Same thing here.  Calls a couple times a day and when you answer it hangs up.  Its got to be a computer checking the availability of the numbers its calling.  Probably for a phone list they plan on selling.  Some kind of guaranteed to answer or at least work numbers...

This phone # belongs to Harley Davidson Financial Services... I answered the second phone call in an hour, after reading previous posts, and a recording came up asking me to hold, and then the representative came on the phone a few seconds thereafter.

CALLED 3X TODAY AND EACH TIME WE ANSWER, THERE IS NO ONE THERE. WE HAVE CALLER ID AT MY JOB AND THEY CALL ALOT.

IT IS HARLEY DAVIDSON FINANCIAL.

HD Financial CONSTANTLY violates the Federal law relating to when/where they make their calls and they call even though you are current on your payment (in violation of federal law) because, "Your payment hasn't posted yet..." Well really? I mean it has been taken out of my bank for the last two days. I have an out-of-state cell phone number from the east coast. For the last year, they have called me at 5:00 am local time. (in violation of federal law) Their resolution? I should change MY phone number. The ONLY way to stop a company like this is to file a suit in small claims court. Each violation is worth $1000. Sue them for $5000 and get the payments on your bike instantly reduced. It is the only way. The only other thing to do is to block their number. I have verizon and for $5.00 a month you can block up to 20 numbers. Granted that 10 of them will be from HD Financial, but it is worth the money.

calling me no msg left I don't answer numbers I don't know.

They are the worst! I got a couple of months behind because of an illness. They added on some kind of [***] legal fees and more than doubled what I owed them. I have made payments every two weeks to get caught up and they STILL call even though I have told them when I will be making my next payment! I asked them "Can't you make a note on my account and show that I have a payment schedule in place?" they replied "Yes, be we won't be able to see the notes until we get you on the phone and verify your information." That's another thing ... they call and ask to speak to __________, and when you say "You are speaking to him" they start asking you for your address, phone number, last 4 or your ssn ... I said, "Look, you called me, you obviously have my name and phone number, none of my other info has changed. I don't know who you are so I'm not giving you any more info. What do you want to discuss?" They won't discuss anything until you give them the info. Ends up in a standoff. Not to mention how rude they are.

PAY YOUR PAYMENTS EARLY THEN NO CALLS LOL

To the ass who said pay your payment early and they won't call your an idiot. Harely financial actually takes my payment right out of my checking  account every month and they still call me every month

Whoever Danisha Foster is, they keep calling for her!!! It's been every week now. Very annoying, I've told them plenty of times to take my number off their list.

They left voice mail saying she was with Harley Davidson Financial Service and asked me to call back at 866-560-8058

@ Jeff also, got a voicemail from 866-850-0472 ~ didn't ask for anyone by name ~ left a call back # (866-381-7149) ...somehow this # knows how to get around my blocking service ~ will have to find another way to block it.
