They called my wife at her work asking for me.  They said we had a bounced check with Valley Wide Dental.  They had our checking account number but wanted our routing number.  I called the Dentist and they said we had no bounced checks with them and that they would never send us to collections over $20 (the amount of the check supposedly).  My wife called this number back and was told that it was EZ Check which is a service that verifies the funds whenever a customer pays for something with a check.  The Dentist gets their money from EZ Check and then EZ Check gets the money from your account.  Apparently they're saying there was a transmission error and even though they verified the funds were there, they were unsuccessful in getting the money from our account.  So the Dentist did indeed get paid but we need to pay EZ Check because they're saying they never got the money from us.  We'll have to see about this one.  Still sounds fishy.

Caller identified as "Andre" attempting to collect a debt for a "publisher" I supposedly requested...? My request to be transferred to Customer Service or a manager, was being put on hold for a few minutes listening to elevator music.

What the heck is this about?????

Time and time again everyday at about 830am hawaii time they would call me and ask for my friend. over and over again i told them that this isnt her phone and to stop calling. but yet the next day they call again at about the same time. helloooo i told you that i am not her and that this isnt her phone. so today i decided to get some answers and told them that i was her. the lady on the phone Sonja kept saying well if this is her then why everytime we call you say you're not her. i told Sonja that i am not her but everytime you guys call and ask for her i tell you im not her you hang up and no answers and you call again the next day, i'm sick of it. she gave me her contact information and then kept going off... she was being so rude, i'm so sick of these calls. When i talked to my friend she told me that she called these people and told them to stop calling me but yet they still do. What can i do about this?

Called and asked to speak with me. Mumbled the company name 3 times. Said something about a spa company, finally I hung up.

I got calls from this Mirand company and had the number blocked from my phone, now they are calling me using this number (866-850-3078). They never leave a message and when I do answer the call they don't give any GOOD info as to the reason for their call.

I don't use credit cards and I don't own any bank accounts so they really don't have a reason to be calling me.

I did some on line research on the Mirand "company" and found one site really interesting. I've posted the link below, hope it helps some of you to understand a bit more about who and where this "company" came from.

They continue to call here looking for someone named Jason. I've told them several times now to stop calling, but they continue to call. They don't get it straight, and don't seem too worried about who they annoy. Wish there was some way of bombarding them with phone calls and tying up their lines.

I answered the phone they hung up I looked up the P/N on Google and got this sight and sent this email. Just to let you know they were still working.

I'm a programmer, so I'm sure I can write a program that will continue dialing the number over and over using my computer modem. Sounds like fun to me  ;-)

they keep calling, but will not answer the phone when i pick up???

i hate this they keep calling my house a guy named shane and keeps asking for my father i tell him his dosen't live here and they laugh and hang up this is getting on my nerves i would call the police.
