Dillards Open enrollment fir health dental etc...

This is the worst phone system  i have ever dealt with, you call all operators are busy to wait press 1 or leave your # for a call back. left my number, however they can call anytime within 24 hours, i walk away from the phone to use the rest room - they call. Then you start all over again, this time I press 1 to wait for the next available operator, after you press it 3 x's they tell you to enter your phone # and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Very Aggravating. Why can't I just stay on hold?

Constant e- mails.  I do not have a Dillards account or anything to do with any Dillards business.  I guess it is a scam!

I left a message never got a callback wanted to change my dental to high ppo .. I have been waiting... I called again today and now I can't get anyone on...

I've been calling for several weeks with NO "call back" .   I need to enroll for benefits asap

Please don't post personal information on an open forum such as this.
If you forgot to call to renew you health insurance, you would do better to contact them directly instead of replying to a 9-year old post on a phone number look-up site.
