I was recently in an accident.  Just got a voicemail from a Linda Graham at this number regarding "the accident"  This call was made exactly 10 minutes before a call that can be best described on this page for the number 770-980-1186 (https://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-770-980-1186).  I have filed complaints with the FCC for both numbers as I am on the Do Not Call registry.

This is most likely a scam.  I called from a restricted # to make sure I wasn't missing an important call as I was recently involved in an auto accident.  My message was from a Linda Graham at 866-859-0870(this is her direct #) and that she was calling about "the accident".  When I called it back, she still could not tell me where she was calling from just that she sets up appointments.  Accident chaser!!  I reported it as well to the FCC as I'm also on the Do Not Call Registry.

Just got a phone call from this # too - Linda Graham was calling about 'the accident'.  I called back not sure what she wanted - as I too was in an accident recently.  When I called back I was put on hold by Linda and in waiting I did a search on the # on Google and found this site with other complaints.  I just hung up on her.  The accident was Thursday  - I'm surprised they waited this long to start calling!

We also recieved a call from this number from Linda Graham.  When she called she stated she was at "the clininc" with the person who was in the accident.  When I called back to check it out she was only from a scheduling department.  I thought it sounded fishy so I started researching who the call was from & ran across this.  Do not give her any information.  It is not legit.

I thought ambulance chasing was illegal.  

Linda Graham called my house a week after my accident.  Left a message to call her, no other details.  I thought she was the other insurance company rep.  When I returned the call, I learned she was hawking a doctors office and offering to provide a 'free exam and consultation' service.

Got lazy with us... called almost a month after the accident (no injuries). I didn't catch lady's name but she was very evasive when questioned... asked her who she's with and could only get "Clinic Scheduling".  Started getting grouchy about me asking who she's with and such and started saying weird things... crazy unprofessionalism is a good red flag ;]

I'm tempted to try to string them along next time to get more information about them without giving them any real information about me.

I filed a complaint at the above-mentioned fcc site since we're on do-not-call also.

I too received a call by this lady just today.  I have been called 3 times today but 3 different scammers and this was just one.  Thanks everyone for the information, It was helpful for me.

Linda is at is again - with her partner, Al Cortez.  The accident report was made available this morning and the calls started flooding in.

Lindas message simply stated to call her back regarding the accident.

Al's message stated that he was calling on behalf of Dr. Waldren.  Who is that?  Who knows??  Not our physician.

Same story for me -- I called back and left a message because I thought she was from the other insurance company, but now I know not to talk to her.

I also received a call from Linda Graham, not 24 hours after my accident.  They are stealing our numbers from our police reports.  How do we stop this?  Two numbers Linda Grah Calls from 866.859.0870 and 866.410.8545  Six calls in one day, trying to say that she was calling from a clinic!  And Rude!

Yes...I'm glad I read this before I called "Linda" back. First off, she was very rude and immediately put me on hold. She told me she was calling about the accident. She then said she was calling from a chiropractic office. I asked "So you're not calling from an insurance company?" Her response was "No, I'm calling from Dr. Waldren's office" I told her not to call me again that I was taken care of. She then went on to explain futher on why I should see her doctor and then asked me about the driver of the car I was in. She then just said "Thanks bye"...very annoying.

Tip to Linda...or Dr Sherman....or whoever it really is that is making these calls....lose the ghetto [***] making the calls.  I asked if it was a solicitation call and she wouldn't answer my question, after the 3rd time i asked it, she said I was annoying her.....oh really? Did I call her?......anyways she hung up.....I want to know why our supposed law enforcement "protectors" so quickly and wrecklessly give out our personally identifyable information to the rest of the world....do they not have a computer? have they never heard of identy theft?  wtf

this dumb broad called my home also.  She would not give me the name of where the heck she was calling from.  When I continued to question why she was calling she would not answer my questions.  She actually told me she worked for herself, had no supervisor, and had no company name.  I think I might start calling every day just to harrass her back.  What a SCAMMER.  I will think of someway to pay this back.  My husband called her back and he was put on hold and then disconnected. She knew exactly who was calling and did not want to answer any questions...She needs to be stopped.
