I'm getting 3 calls a day from this number and no one is ever there.  Its annoying

Your caller is Concord Servicing Corporation.  They do a lot of timeshare maintenance fee collections and they don't give up.  Hope this helps.

Their automated calling system is so persistent.  Calling me from 480-214-9433 and leaving the 866 number to call back.  3 times in last 30 minutes.  They are now blocked.  Call again @#$x#.  If it's for timeshare maintenance fees, sell those investment gems that are worth so much, pay off the fees and send me a big check for the difference.  Don't call me.  LOL.

I have also been getting 3 to 4 calls a day from this number, just as BillNTacoma said.  I need to block them -- I called back twice, the last time waited for 45 minutes - no one there!  I checked BBB - they are not accredited.  I left a message that I am reporting them.

Call and nobody talks ! Very annoying !

Keeps leaving music messages.  Will not stop calling.

I received a phone call on my personal cell phone, asking for my husband's ex-wife!  She has never used this number, and obviously the caller was just calling any number that was associated with anyone who has ever even been remotely associated with her.  When I asked how he got this number for HER, he just replied that's the number he had for her... which is totally false.  When I asked who it was, he hung up.   A few minutes later, he called again and asked for her.   I politely asked 'who's calling please?', and he said " so-and-so from Blackwell Recovery".  I asked how he got this number, and he apologized and hung up.  

I googled the number as well as googling Blackwell Recovery.   They are a relatively 'new' debt recovery agency that is an offshoot of Concord Servicing Corporation.   I understand from some of the posts that I read that they specialize in recovering timeshare debts.  
Now that they know (after 2 calls) that this is a wrong number, I will report them if they call again.

I am receiving messages from 866 859 7204 morning noon and night. I do not respond as I was warned it was Blackwell Recovery co and since I do not owe anyone anything I just sent it to voicemail.  I would love to never hear from these people again it is really harassing.

I think that if people wants the calls to stop , they should pay their bills LOL...!!!

And I think you are a shill with poor reading comprehension.  Several posters have stated that they do not owe any debt so what bill are you telling them to pay?

Ive been getting calls every day saying that they are representing Blackwell Recovery for dept collections.. but we have no debts.. when someone has answered the phone and asked the name of the person they would just hang up. we are blocking the caller by using do not call site .. thanks for the info from other reports here..
