Briarcliffe Financial Group, offering loans, but with "security payment" before loan is disbursed.  I think this is a a scam..

Same as above.  I think it may be a scam I was wondering if anyone has used them in the past!

ive used them, got a 5000 dollar loan from them a few months ago, i spoke with lady named jacqui. got my loan but the lady wasnt that patient with me since i had alot of questions

Did they report your payment stats to the credit bureaus?  The application does not request a social security number...

yes they do. they report to 3 different bueros

beware!  My friend just lost $2600 dollars to these guys!  Kept wanting "payments" before loan was delivered, then keep saying their money is "frozen". It's a nightmare!!!!!  Plus, Briarcliffe is not registered in the State of New York, and their website is out of India.

I am waiting for my check in the mail. They told me there funds are frozen.  I just gave them 1800.00  -  Do you think I will actually get my money???

I gave them 1600.00 two weeks ago and still have NOT seen my check. They said it should be here sometime this week. Do as I do CALL everyday. They never told me the money was frozen. When did you hear this ??

keep calling and when they ask who is calling don't say your name dial ext 219 for Jason Richardson and ask him where your money is. Frank's ext is 445 and again don't leave your name because they will answer. See how long the money is frozen ??

tell them if you don't have your money at least by one week that you are calling the district attorney in NY and the FBI. There is no reason for the money to be frozen. Where did you have to send your money. I suppose it was Canada also. Keep my updated on your situation.

HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOU TO GET YOUR LOAN ?? I MEAN THE ACTUAL CHECK ??

how can you be the only one to get a check from these scam slum bags ?? It sounds to me as if you could possibility be one of them
