called no answer and no message

I have had the number call me twice in the past few days. Both times around 7:00 PM and after I answer, there is nothing said.

I was called by this number tonight and I didnt answer.  I called the number back after a few minutes and there was a recording.  It was from Toyota.  I had taken my car in to a Toyota dealership for service a few weeks ago and they were calling me back for feedback.  Hope this helps to clear up any confusion.

Have had 3 calls from this # at my work and neither time was there a message left on the phone.  Don't know who or why they are calling.

this may be toyota as my wife had her car serviced this past week. but i certainly don't appreciate any caller who doesn't leave a message. its childish and annoying; like a kid knocking on your door and running away before you open it.

I got a call from them and they askedme how I was liking my new Toyota...I don't own a Toyota...either identity theft or someone from this number is playing games but I am trying to now get to the bottom of it.

It is Toyota. I actually got a person and he wanted to survey us on the service for our toyota. Ugh, how annoying.

i answered the call from this number but nobody was there. they call me again later so i did not bother to answer. i hope they stop. i did get an oil change from toyota yesterday so it may well be them

I received a call from this number with no msg left.  After reading the other posts, I am pretty sure that it is Toyota calling.  I took my car in yesterday for service.  I have to agree with Mike in that I too find it very annoying when someone calls and just hangs up without leaving a message.  I hope they stop this soon!

This # belongs to a firm who calls to verify satisfaction with your visit to your local Toyota dealership for service.  I received a few calls but no messages.  I called the # and spoke with a very professional representative. They are calling to validate the service I recieved when I recently took my car for an oil change.  If you get a call from this # but you have not visited a dealership for service, it could be that someone provided an incorrect phone # to the dealership or you have a number that may have been someone elses in times past.  They are not 'fly by night' or trying to sell you anything.  Just wanting to make sure you were satisfied with the service you received.

I am leary about calls from these numbers, so I look them up.

Lots of annoying robo calls and wrong numbers.

Took my Toyota for servicing a couple of days ago and they always follow-up.

CAlled us at home and there was no one there when I answered.  After 10 seconds the line went to busy signal. I called the number back and it was the Toyota survey for our new Prius.  Very professional.  Asked 3 or 4 questions about our dealer and salesperson.  Asked for email address to send an email survey.

Yes, they are calling from Toyota. I had the oil changed in my Toyota last week. While I am easily annoyed by "spam" calls, I really do appreciate that they care about my service experience, and are very professional about it. However, I'd rather fill out a survey online or return a postcard with the option of having them call me if I so desire.

A guy called from this number at my place of business and asked to speak to a co-worker "right this second".  Ha!  I put him through to his voicemail.

I appreciate Toyota following up and checking on me.  Yes, the phone number is from Toyota Survey.  I told them some things that went wrong with my last service appointment and they were corrected, but not only that, the service advisor called me to thank them for my time.  Toyota is awesome!

You can "opt out" from them calling you in the future.  Just let your service advisor know when you take the car in for service in the future.

No message left. Do not know who called me.

Called on behalf of a Toyota dealership about 100 miles from here, asking for someone who hasn't worked here in 3+ years. I told them that and hung up.

Received this call 1-11-11 at 9:26AM. Caller Id showed up as TOLL FREE NUMBER.
I didn't anwer it! My phone number is UNLISTED and is on the DO NOT CALL LIST!!!
