They left a message saying they were from “safe exit” to get me out of my maintenance fees on my vacation home. I don’t own a vacation home

They keep harassing the H _ LL out of us over a timeshare that was surrendered by my parents in a successfully completed Chapter 13 in 2010. It is ILLEGAL for them to call and try to collect on an account that was surrendered and completed in Bankruptcy Court! My next call is going to be to the TN Attorney General's office if SAFE EXIT doesn't stop calling us all hours of the day and night! These SCUM are nothing but lying, dishonest VERMIN!

I have received several calls from this number but have not answered. Caller ID shows name as "SIZEEXIT."  The caller did not leave a message, but stayed on the line long enough for the answering machine to pick up, and I could hear conversation in the background - sounded like a call center. Will try to block number.

I've gotten four calls from them.  They haven't left a message so far.

stalking and stalking it's getting a little scary.......

Update on my May02 post:  They called two more times; a total of six.  One call left a message identifying them as "Safe Exit" and offered to help get me out of a timeshare [which I don't have].  I agree with 'KS' that they a vermin.

Caller ID says SIZEEXIT. Was not here for call on May 3. They’re a business out of Daytona FL and BBB gives them a D- rating. A second call and I block them. My blocked list is filling to capacity on my Panasonic phone.

866-860-8001 (SIZEEXIT).  A woman left a message saying that they are calling to "help" me get out of my "vacation home fees".  I don't own a vacation home.  Number blocked.  I was in my house when they called.  I never ever answer to numbers that I do not recognize.
