Yes, Lori Robbins has been calling me for the last two years. I block the numbers once I listen to the VM, but there are several numbers she calls from. SCAM!

The call comes from number 918-623-098 and leaves this message: "Yes, uh, this is Lori Robins and I'm calling in reference to your, federal student loan, um, I need to discuss your repayment options due to changes that have taken effect recently. So, if you could please give me a call back at 866-860-9889 with this reference number; that will be very helpful if you have that handy when you call back. It’s 01.. Thank you." The voicemail cuts off when she starts to give the reference number. I recently checked with my actual providers and know that I am still on deferment with no messages stating otherwise. This is a scam. Please beware if you receive this call.

Scam call. Lori Robbins and all. I don't even have a student loan.

Just got a call from a 712-883-0106 number. Danbry IA is the location. Lori Robinson asked for me to call her back at the number being searched to talk about new repayments since their has been some changes to my federal loans.

I got a call from another number, but I did not answer. They left a voicemail stating to call this number about a student loan repayment plan. I was a little skeptical so I googled the number and found this site.

I get the same calls and voicemails, but from this number: +0000000000

Just got called from a 217-650-7332 number but left the message as like everyone else to call Lori Robbins in regards to a student loan and repayment options.  Gave me the following number to call 86-860-9889 and a reference number of 01014.   The issue with this is I work for the federal government and these calls shouldn't be coming through on my work phone.  This is truly sad!

You don't need to block the reference number, it doesn't mean anything.
I have been getting calls from SEVERAL spoofed CIDs that all point back to the same people.
"Hi, this is Jessica," or "Hi, this is Lori," or "Hi, this is Cathleen." The script is the same, the reference numbers are NOT the same, but the only difference is who is leaving the message:

Got the same call today.  Have never had student loans and we are senior citizens!  Working for the government, can't you report this to someone who could get something done??

Called six times, all different numbers, but same name Lori Robbins, student loan, we have none!

I have received the same call, twice, each time from a different number- stating that I need to call 866-860-9889 (the second time 866-606-0770). The reference number was different each time as well.
" Yes this is Laurie Robbins and I'm calling in reference to your federal student loan and I need to discuss repayment options with you that could affect ....."
