Keeps calling family members

James Kincaid Stated there is a complaint filed against me and action will be taken without my consent. Another call stated they were with a delivery company asking if we'll be home tomorrow... I HAVE NO DELIVERIES SCHEDULED...... I wish we could wipe these people out...

Scammer beware. Rachel Clark to say a compliant was filed.  I don't work I go to school. I I have fin aid. No CC.

They need to get a different job and stop scamming people for their hard-working money!!!  They were talking about my Medicaid then they talked about handing me over to a lawyer. Then they called my husband's phone. Just remember everyone all your information is on the internet for a price$$ They can find everything out about you!

Emily Anderson stated "a claim has been filed against you, failure to reply will result in a case going forward without your consent or involvement". The number is not listed anywhere and when you call back, you get a message to leave a message.

Same phone call - Stated that the person who listed me as a contact must call the filing office and stated there is a claim against them and that failure to call will result in a case going forward without the person's consent. No one answered and got a generic answering machine.

Random numbers are often thrown in to make the message sound authentic. It's not uncommon for the caller to provide nonworking, or an innocent​ person's number. Say you call it back and get nothing, the caller's probably hoping you're scared enough to not miss another one.

They called and said they. Need to deliver legal paperwork and for the person who they called for needs to call this number. A little internet research brings me to this site. No call will be returned by me !

Shannon Diaz called me and left message to say there was a complaint filed against me. I called back and the said there was no Shannon Diaz and transfered me. I was connected to someone named Monica. She stated that there was a lawsuit against me from a bill from 2000. She said I have to take care of it today or they will file the lawsuit and sue me. Stupid scammers.

We had the same experience. Thankful for websites like this. We called back and had a little fun with them!!  😉

Bogus call claiming their company office (no company name given) had a "complaint against me" and that I would need to call 866-862-1780 and reference a case number in order to resolve this "time sensitive matter". Caller who left the voicemail said her name was Jessica Hartman.
