Unknown toll free number called.

I received a call from this person last night at 8:00pm.  It was very hard to understand his message. I had to play it over and over just to make out some of it.  It sounded as if the man was holding his nose when speaking.  All I could make out was the word legal and his firm C&C Limited Partnership. He also stated that his firm was in my area then he mumbled something else quickly and gave the number which I finally figured out after listening to it 10 times.  He then said Mr. Caradine here then hung up.  Very strange especially since that company is not listed anywhere in my area. I'm tired of these BS calls. It's harrassment.

I am writing again to inform anyone who received a call from this number, that it is GC Limited Partnership in Texas. I believe it is against the FDCPA for a collection agency to imply that they are an attorney and that is exactly what this agency did when they called me. I was told by the gentleman who left a message that he had to inform me of something legal and that he was being retained. I first thought they were C&C Limited Partnership, but when I received notice in the mail it was GC Limited Partnership in Texas. They also stated that they were located in my area which they were not. I don't appreciate the extreme stress this company caused me for several days due to that false message.

Don't give them any information about you they should have it already if they have a real business with your information on it.

First time I've ever received a message from them.  They left an obnoxious voicemail message stating my name and asking me to give them a call at 866-862-2788 X3707.  They did not tell me who they were.  Glad to know I could check out their info online.

i recieved this call today and the person who called said their name is Mary. Didn't say where she is calling from just the I need to return her call.   Well, I called the number back because I am working on other things with another company so I thought it was them calling me back. When I called the  phone number it  just rang and rang and no message and nobody picked up.

This number has been calling me for days at different times. It comes up on my cell phone as a San Antonio # with the 210 area code. I just checked my voice mail.He called me by my first name like he knew me. Man stated his name is Rudy Flores. He says he has something for me but he needs to discuss something with me first. He didn't leave a company name or anything.

Same here - messages left for over a week now for someone not associated with my phone number.  Attempts to call back result in no answer.

Called & left a message to call them back - no other info. The girls name was Alexsis but she talked so fast I could barely understand her. The caller ID showed a local number (502) 379-4922, but she asked me to call 866-862-2789? No idea, but if you are legitimate why are the numbers different, why not leave both numbers, and why not leave further information?
