Caller Id provides "Unknown". Left no message. Called back fax signal answer. There are no listings for this number.

866-862-5367 called my work phone. I answered, got a blank noise, eventually someone said "hello" - I did not respond, and she hung up.

Received continuous calls from this number.  Finally talk to one of them, said something about a special offer from your credit card company - though they can't tell me which one.  I asked what they want to send me and they replied that they want to send me a gift and a 2 month free subscription to something.  I said, no thank you and asked to be removed off the list - the jerk then hung up immediately.  The only credit card company that has this particular phone number is my Citibank card, which is a co-branded card with something called Thank You rewards.  One of those company sold my info - not too happy about it.

Finally got a person. Company is ARK Teleservices, working on behalf of Network World. Spoke to the supervisor and complained about all the hang-ups.

when I answered they hung up then it sounded as if they picked up the phone and hung up once more when I called back a fax machine was at the other end of the line
