It is from MedRisk, an expert provider organization. Spam fax to all medical provider, very annoying.

I'm told it's MedRisk sending the faxes, I can't find out because when you call the fax number you get an automatic voice telling you it was a 'mistake' and to 'press 2' to be taken off their list. I've tried that many times now and the faxes still keep getting sent during the early hours of the morning and can never go through because no-one's here to get them and they use up our voicemail messaging!

This number has been calling me to my cell as a fax machine. I am seriously tired of them.

Just an annoying fax.  Yet when I turned on computer and got fax there was a lot of personal info for an elderly woman.  I called the provider and told them of Hippa laws then I contacted NYS attorney general about them. They already have a case opened and said they will follow up???

How can you get them to stop calling? I work from home so i don't have the features.
