Chase Bank - Unemployment Benefits Card Provider, They provide the Visa Debit Cards for the Unemployment Office and handle the Visa Debit Card.

How can I cancel my unemployment debit card?  I have about $20.00 left in that account.  Every time I call the toll free number it does not give me an option to talk with anyone.  Is there an address where I can write to them?

Hey FlyGuy, Thank you for the tip to use the lost/stolen/damaged card menu option to speak to a real person at Chase Online. It works.

I have been wasting all kind of time trying to get my account reset after it presented me with a security question that I did not set up and therefore could not answer.  

The multiple attempts to logon caused the account to be permanently disabled.  It is not obvious that the lost/stolen/damaged card menu option is the ONLY one that will let you speak with a person. You get an A+.

Did that and never got an actual person just automated stuff

It doesn't work. I've tried to at least 5 times and get an automated person every single time.
