    They spoof a Verizon number asking for your PIN because you are due a refund. It is a scam. Do not give it to them. I spoke to a Vz rep and they use it to try and buy smartphones that are then charged to your  account

    I answered once.  It was an Indiàn man with a very thick accent.  I told him I can't understand what you're saying,  he hung up on me.  I just want to pay my bill and be left alone,  I hate when companies do this.  Supposedly,  it's Verizon Customer Service number.

    No one replied when I answered but I could hear that it was an open line with some chatter in the background. Assuming it is a spoofed number.
