This number has been calling me daily (usually in the mornings) for over a month.  I have never answered the phone, and the caller has never left a message.

This is Verizon, calling to renew your contract or to sell you some other service.  When you answer, the call will disconnect.  If you call back, you will be connected to a customer "care" rep.  I called back and told the rep that I had been getting these calls for weeks, often at 5:45 in the AM, and that now that I knew it was my own cell phone company calling, I was declining to renew.  Verizon scores another customer for T-Mobile!
