I got the same thing investagator something a female. 4121 said it was in my best interest to call her back that night.

Company is a collection agency that won't give up their address.  Intimidating, and calling a third party that has nothing to do with the original person they are trying to contact.  If this is what you are experiencing, file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).  The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act says a company cannot use the phone in a harrassing manner, especially if you are a "third party" involved because someone gave out your phone number as a reference.
