called the number and it goes to a VM saying that we need to talk to you and then no one answers it goes to a hidieously long VM box number.  I hung up.

Message says we have a "confidential" matter to discuss with you and to call "Melissa" back at the above number. Not very polite. I really don't like the lack of information that's why I screen my calls for annoying stuff like this! But I REALLY don't like getting unwanted voice mails on my cell phone since it is 17 cents a minute and I am broke (unemployed!)

I got a similar message from 'Melissa" at 866-897-5311 on my business line saying it was for 'Diane' (me) and it is personal and confidential.  I came across this thread in my search to see what the call might be about before trying to return it.  I think I'll pass on calling back!

A woman on this line  866-897-5311 says she wants to speak to accounts receivable - she wants to get paid by a business that operated in a building at a specific location that never did business with her. How low can you get lady?

they called and asked for a different business than mine & "Bryan" insisted I call him back.

they keep calling and asking for some one whom we don't know and wont stop calling even though we requested that they stop.. and refuse to identify themselves except that they are called
"alliance one"..

866-897-5311 ALLIANCE ONE . is all that they will say about their company i believe its a collection agency, but they keep calling for some one who i don't know.. I have requested after siting on the line through their annoying voice prompting repetitive message until i get a live operator..
and then inform them they have the wrong number and every time they say they will remove my number and stop calling but they don't..
