Yup another low life debt collector that buys debt which its statute of limitation has long passed for pennies on dollar hoping to score 20 to 30 cents on the dollar and throw the statute date back to day one so its other affiliates can come after you. Don't be fooled by their debt paid in full letter. While that letter is being printed, your information is being packaged to be either sold or transferred to another one of their entities as new remainder debt. The best thing to do is to contact your state government. The Feds won't do anything for you.

It's a Legitimate Debt Collector you morons!!! It is NOT a Scam... You obviously owe someone money. More than likely US Bank or similar as that is most of what they handle. I hate the BS Robo, Scam calls too... but if you're going to flap your gums about something, do your research first, otherwise, you know what they say about assuming.....!!! Bunch of lip flippin D-bags!!!

Well, if you want to blabber on about D-bags and research, maybe you should do your own research. "Legitimate debt collectors" do not try to collect on debt that was paid two years before. Paid off in full. I have the receipts, the cancelled checks and everything. But they don't care. They just want to scam people into paying them something. "Legitimate debt collectors" do not call you at work and not say why. "Legitimate debt collectors" have a message on their phones when you call back that lets you know the name of the company you are dealing with. What they do *might* be legal (jumping through some loopholes that protect them but not working people), but it's definitely not ethical.

Just to be clear.  You had nothing else to do today but to dredge up a thread that has been dormant for 4 years so that you could reply to a post from 2018 and expect that person to stop back after 4 years to see your reply?  Maybe you are looking for attention?  Because that would be the only two reasons that you would be here since you did not report a call from this number or post any details of a call.

This company has no legitimate business.  They have shady business practices to include BLACKMAILING people.   I've reported them to the FTC.
