Said,"this is not a sales call but it's important that you call us back immediately." Being bored and knowing we don't owe anyone any money, I called back just to see if they were phishing. They asked for a person with my first initial and last name (which is a common name) and then said we'd like to just take a moment to verify the address we have for you. I asked, so what address do you have? They said, "well, we just can't go giving out the addresses in our database" so I said, "Is it on ________ avenue? (I made up a street name)" they said "no, it's 6715 27th lane SE!!!!!" which is an actual address somewhere in my town, I'm sure. So much for them not giving out info. I wonder who lives at the address they just gave out to me?

Call designed to sound as if caller's opening statement cut off.  Message thus starts with " -2041.  This is not a solicitation.  ...  Again, the number is 866-899-2041."  M.O. is similar to other Capital Management/ debt collector? calls according to my reverse phone search.
