calls every day around the same time - 3 rings - hangs up

I received a call from this number this evening.

When I answered, there was a pre-recorded message about mortgage rates, etc.

At the end of the message, I was invited to press "1" if I wanted more information about low mortgage rates.

So I pressed "1".

A nice lady came on the phone and asked what kind of mortgage I wanted to discuss.

I asked the nice lady which company she was with.

She said she was with M Point Mortgage.

I asked the lady to put my name on their Do Not Call list, and she told me she would take care of it.

I asked her if she was calling from a call center, and she said that she was calling from the mortgage company, located in Crofton, MD.

I received a call this morning Saturday, pressed 1, Asked for the name of the company, was told "Fidelity."  When I asked if they had a web site, the answer was "unfortunately, I do not".  Is this a network of indivisual agents?
