Let message, non descript

On Saturday, December 8, 2007, I received a call at my office from (703) 436-4633 and a barely audible message was left from Edgin(?) Community Credit Union informing me to call 1-866-899-3547 because my account had been suspended. When I called the number the message said "Welcome to Edgin Community Credit Union security department, because we have registered too many frauds we suspended your account; to re-acivate it press 1."  When I pressed 1 it said: "Please enter your 16-digit credit card number."  When I called the (703) 436-4633 number I get the type of rapid busy signal that indicates a number not in service.

Received a similar call from 866-899-3547 on Saturday, December 8, 2007. The message was left from the Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union. It is obviously the same scam detailed above as I have no accounts with that credit union. I did not attempt to call the number back after reading your e-mail above. The Fort Belvoir Federal Credit Union is located in Woodbridge, VA.
