asked for someone i have never heard of

I received a calls  for someone we do not know. I called back to advise this company of their error and was able to leave a message. They are still calling as of today. I sent 2 emails and I call back tomorrow. Hopefully I can get in touch with someone and have them correct their files.

Based on the other hundreds complaints, this company is not professional and it may result in legal action (as a Lawyer, I am more than happy to take them to court if they do not adhere to our Laws)

I do not want this call.  They call at the most inconvenient time late evening and weekends

call claims it is about bill collection, except i don't owe any unpaid debts.

They keep calling, Asking for Roy Mcdonald, no clue as to who this person is, how do I make them stop

these people are relentless bullies, they call every day at least a few times...even after i had supposedly settled my account with them.

You keep calling me and looking for someone I do not know and is not me please stop calling and remove my phone number from your list.

I just got a call from 1-866-899-4573 asking for someone named Jim. When I said I had the wrong number the guy started yelling at me calling me a liar saying he knows Jim is here and asked if he had to get the neighbours to come over?? I said I don't know who he is talking about and he said he would call tomorrow to give me time to remember. What the heck?! I am Canadian and this toll free number is from the States. Unbelievable!

Complain online to these people. they will help.

I received a first round of automated debt collection calls from them a few months ago. I called to be taken off their list. The calls started up again last month. I called again to be removed.
On the Ontario Consumer protection website, they explained how to complain:

So I wrote to the headquarters at:

In the letter, after explaining the situation (that the debtor was not on this phone and that I was being harassed with calls), I told them to write me a letter to confirm I was off their list and warned that if I received another call I would complain to the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services.

the call every night between 6 -7 pm
then when I call them they are very rude and will not anser eny questions,they thretend to report me to the police so I called them on it , and I called them every 2 minets and they were getting mad at me

Yup, they keep calling my number too about some made-up name, one time when I was able to talk to some CSR and asked them to get me off their list he simply hung up on me.

So now I am going to try to set up my "blacklist/block this number" feature I have on my new Panasonic phone so hopefully I will  never hear them again

Keep receiving automated voicemails from this company.  Have now called them 8 times.  First  4 times sat on hold heard a pickup and disconnect (hang up).   Next 2 calls were answered where I was yelled yet when I was asking why they were calling and who I was speaking to.  Next 2 calls were to only ask for their mailing address.  Next 2 attempts went directly to voice mail.Hmmmmmmmm.......
