Just received a call from 1-866-899-6985. Can't find any information. Left no voicemail. Any information would be helpful.

866-899-6985 called 2 days ago, but hung up after I answered it.

I have been getting these calls too, about once per day for several days.  Can't find any information about who it is.

It is Direct TV. That number calls me when I owe them $$.

we have direct tv and it will come up on caller id if it is them.  They don't have an 800 number either.  Scam...don't answer!!

they called me and said they were directv, they havent received two months payments because of a problem with the card and needed to update my credit card info.  I said if there were a problem, I'd call them back.  My wife, who pays the bills, said we are up to date and we are glad I didn't give them any card info.

This number calls many times daily.  No one on the line.  Don't answer.

Normally, Directv doesn't call. If you are 2 months behind they would just shut off your service.  If they are asking for your card #, that's a red flag.  Never give out your card # to anyone if they call you.  If it was a legitimate business, I hope they put their name on the ID and not Toll Free.  Because why do they think anyone would answer and give them money?

Everyone is saying it's a DirecTV debt collection calling, they called me which is funny because I don't have and have never had DirecTV service

DirecTV's number does not start with 866-at least not the one I found
