I have no Idea what these people want, and when they call my cell it's not even for me! I will be reporting this to the bbb. And yes they call from the several numbers.

This phone number is from Capital Management, a collection agency.  They work for LV&V, an outfit that runs credit reports on anyone and everyone without their knowledge, then tries to collect on old debts that are beyond the statute of limitations and have been written years ago.  Its PURE PROFIT for these crooks and you end up the loser as they won't even send you a debt release letter if you do pay the debt off and won't notify the credit agencies either so the debt stays on your credit report and you have no proof the debt was paid.

If you get a call from these creeps, don't answer.  Complaining to the cops, the state's attorney, or any government or business agency doesn't help at all!

You have to send them a cease communication letter VIA certified mail with return receipt requested instructing them that your employer does not allow these calls and they are to contact you VIA snail mail or at home. This is your right under the FDCPA. If they continue calling after you have proof they received your letter, you can sue them for harassment.

My brother worked for a company that was a debt collector and he told me that debt collectors could care less about laws, regulations, or law suits.  Like everyone else, all they care about is PROFIT no matter how they obtain it.  The only way to stop people like this is to threaten them with arrest and jail time.

This is  debt collection company that is calling a company I work for and not even during business hours. The business that used to be here with this same phone number went  bankrupt a couple of years ago. They owed money to a lot of people but this collection agency should not be calling the new owners.
