Scam attempt to scare me into paying for a "civil case that has been filed against" me.

They keep leaving me voicemails but for a relative stating they have a civil suit against them and to call to them

Keeps calling me about my husband about a civil suit.  It's a scam.

Called from an unknown number so I ignored it.  They left a voicemail stating they are calling from "Processor Service Dispatch" I am being served in a CIVIL CASE - and provide a case # and my address!    They said to call back at 866-901-0340.  The lady's voice sounds like she could be someone local - so calm and kind.   This is a great scam!  Be aware!

called my daughter to say that : got a call from a process server for Adamson's Law Firm that they tried to deliver documents to you and were unable to. I called the law firm and they said they were mailed out but that it was possible you had not responded. Of course they could not tell me much.

Scam! REAL process servers don't call in advance.

Total scam, calling realitives acting like I owe money and there is a civil suit,total BS

They keep calling and leaving messages saying they are trying to serve me with some suit. Processors don't call you they show up and know where you live and work!! I blocked the number so hopefully they will not call anymore.
