SCAM, fake collections and fake legal action. They get your phone # and possibly name & SS# and threaten you to pay money you don't actually owe. IGNORE these calls, it is a SCAM.

I got a call from this phone number and a woman by the name of Michelle called not only my number but called at my father's residency as well. She stated that I would have someone come to my home serving papers to go to court if I didn't pay Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo directly and talked to their credit department and I don't owe anything with them at all. This company if they are legit are being used by people who are not! I was also told if you do owe money that you should ask for a debt validation letter first. Just wanted to let others know just in case they get a call from this same number.

It's a scam. They claim that you owe a bank money and will threaten to have you subpoenaed if you don't pay. They have your social and driver's licence but not your address. I asked them for their fed ID number and they hung up over and over. They also give fake names. Beware. Especially if you really do owe money. These are nasty crooks.

I have had same experience. When I try research the number or numbers the number called  from was 5714814673. No information on google. Google this company and nothing. I even did a search on the 866-901-0868 number she want me to call back and nothing. Legit companies wold have website or some legitimacy. Everything I can find is similar to the stuff on here sounds like a scam. I had similar calls like this befor threatning arrest but no summons. No papers in the mail. Call court and nothing. SOUNDS LIKE SCAM BEFARE. NEVER GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR MONEY

Recd a call today informing me I owed HSBC about $5500.  I owe no one anything. I do NOT have credit cards. She threatened court action.  Be careful.

Jonathan called my grandmother saying that she owed money and that they have mailed letters to her and attempted to serve papers. She has never received a letter or no one has ever comed to serve her papers. We have contacted the BBB amd they have no information on this company.

I was called by a very rude woman saying that I owed for a cash advance that I do not owe. The scary thing is she had my previous address and the company I work for as well as the bank I use. Scary stuff...

I called the number back and I got a message for "Ms. Baker"

That happened to me twice today! Same company different person. I cancelled my checking account and got a new one just in case. Said I owed advance Merica, and I dont. Said I owed the cash store. Cash store doesn't do payday loans in my state
