This company is not a proffessional company. Hay, I could not pay my dept to my creditors. Think about it! For sure because I did not have the money and because I'm going via  hardship time. Explaining to them is not enough, but it would lead to more questions from them to get notes that could be used against me in the future.
People in this company are extremely rude and unproffessional.
I understand that they want to collect a dept,
but I can't find a reson behind being rude and act as an A S S

Eitherway, I'm just letting the readers to know that this is a collection agency called " Creditors Interchance or Exchange" and they are calling to collect a dept for one of the banks you and me owe money too

My advise, don't answer any of their questions. Tell them what you want to do when you want to do it if you are able to make it. Otherwise, don't waist your time with them

I received a missed call from 866-901-4135 on my cell and a voice mail stating to call back, with no other explanation. So I called back, they asked me if I was Raymond Ruiz or if I knew a Raymond Ruiz, I said, "no," and the woman said they would not call again. But the next day I got a call from 800-949-3217, which I searched and found that this is also a collection agency, coincidence?

i got my cell a few weeks ago and this debt collector keeps calling for a james l. dunn. ive told these people repeatedly that there is no james dunn at this # and to quit calling. i keep getting the response "im sorry ma'am we will remove your number." then they call from a completely different number!!!
