Got a call from this number and was Dell Return Department to see if I returned the bad hard drive

It's Dell reminding you to send back the replaced item.

I've dealt with hard drive replacements with Dell before and have received these type of calls.  However, I've been getting calls where I hear the pre-recorder "Hello" then it disconnects.  I don't know what's going on, but from now on, it goes to straight to voicemail so I don't waste time answering these.

Dell Warranty Replacement Parts - Return Center; they're calling, oftentimes an automated voice, informing you (usually) that a warranty replacement part was supposed to be sent back, and they have not yet received back the old, broken/defective part. Not SPAM, just annoying as hell.

I am getting calls from this number stating they have documents to deliver.
